Complimentary prosecco upon arrival added a nice touch.
We came on our honeymoon, but the hotel didn't do anything special for us despite mentioning it, which was a disappointment. We had to iron our clothes in the lobby, which felt a bit awkward for a hotel of this caliber. the accommodation cost was quite steep, leaving us feeling that the overall value could have been better.

the location was ideal, but I definitely did not enjoy the morning hustle as the room was right by the dining area, making it so luod! also, I couldn’t believe they didn’t offer any suite upgrade despite all the inconveniences faced. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.
